Terms of Service
Template notice. These are generic website terms for GoPilot’s public marketing site. They are not a client services agreement and not legal advice. Replace placeholders and have a lawyer review. Project work is governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, or contract.
Agreement
By accessing https://www.gopilot.pro (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

What this Site is for
The Site is a marketing and inquiry channel. Content describing products, workflows, or examples is illustrative unless we expressly say otherwise. It is not a live client result, not legal or financial advice, and not an offer that can be accepted online without a separate written agreement.
Inquiries and chat
If you submit the inquiry form or use chat, you agree to provide accurate information and to our Privacy Policy. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate us to take your project. We may decline or refer work at our discretion.
SMS / text messaging program
DMEGA Limited T/A GoPilot operates an SMS / text messaging program for users who opt in through our website form or another clear consent method.
Description of the SMS program and messaging use cases. Depending on the options you select, you may receive SMS messages such as: inquiry and project alerts; appointment, booking, or follow-up reminders; account or service notifications; and (only if you separately opt in) promotions, offers, or tips related to our services.
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or of submitting an inquiry. Providing a phone number alone is not SMS consent. See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Intellectual property
Site design, text, graphics, logos and code are owned by GoPilot or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, mirror or reuse them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except for fair dealing / fair use as allowed by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to break security, overload systems, submit spam or malware, scrape at scale, impersonate others, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.
Third-party services
The Site may use third-party hosting, CRM and chat providers. Their terms and availability can affect features on the Site.
Disclaimer
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOPILOT AND ITS PEOPLE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO NZD $100 (OR THE EQUIVALENT IN LOCAL CURRENCY).
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer or other law.
Client projects
If we engage for paid work, fees, IP ownership, confidentiality, SLAs and warranties are set out in a separate written agreement. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these website Terms.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify GoPilot against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update the Site or these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction, unless a separate client contract says otherwise for a specific engagement (including United States work).
