What we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Inquiry details you submit: name, email, mobile number, business name, service interest, project details, and optional SMS consent choices.
- Chat messages you send through the on-site chat widget, if you use it.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP, when our hosting or analytics providers process standard server or traffic logs.
- Cookies or similar technologies required for the site or chat to function. If you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site; if you decline, it is not loaded. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or store personal information.
We do not ask you to submit payment card numbers through the public marketing form on this site.
How we use information
- Respond to project inquiries and schedule discovery conversations (including by phone or email).
- Send SMS about your inquiry or project updates only if you opt in on the form.
- Send SMS marketing only if you separately opt in on the form.
- Operate, secure and improve the website and chat experience.
- Maintain CRM records so we can follow up professionally.
- Comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We use SMS/CRM providers only to deliver messages and manage contacts on our behalf.
SMS / text messaging
Providing a mobile number is not SMS consent by itself. Optional, unticked checkboxes on the inquiry form at https://www.gopilot.pro/#inquiry record whether you want (1) project/inquiry texts and/or (2) marketing texts from DMEGA Limited T/A GoPilot. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of submitting an inquiry. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Where information is stored / processors
We use service providers to host the site and process inquiries. That typically includes:
- Vercel — website hosting and the inquiry API.
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — CRM contact records, notes, and the chat widget.
These providers may process data in the United States or other countries. By using the site, you understand information may be transferred to and stored outside your home country, subject to the protections those providers offer and applicable law.
Legal bases (where required)
Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, we rely on: taking steps at your request before a contract; our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and running a secure website; and consent where we ask for it (for example certain cookies or marketing, if enabled later).
Retention
We keep inquiry and CRM records for as long as needed to respond, manage a business relationship, or meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise when retention is no longer necessary.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing, or to object to processing and withdraw consent. Children
The site is aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to a marketing site and CRM workflow. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy, except where law requires additional consent.
